  • the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the controller, in a format that enables their portability and to request that the controller directly transmit those data to another controller, if technically feasible, where the following applies:

    • the processing is based on consent or on a contract;

  • the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for direct marketing purposes;

  • the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data concerning you at any time;

  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (without prejudice to any other remedy).

2. Use of personal data that you provide to us for specific purposes, in particular to perform the contract, and that are necessary to fulfil such purposes

  • Failure to provide the data needed to perform the contract prevents the contract from being concluded.

Bespoke Spirits will not contact you by e-mail, telephone, text message or multimedia message for the purposes set out in item 5 unless you have expressly given your prior consent to such contacting.

  • Personal data are disclosed to state authorities only to the extent that we are obligated to do so by law or by an order issued by a court or authority.

  • Unless this is required to provide the customer service requested by you and/or for performing the contract and if legally permissible, we will disclose personal data to third parties only if you have given your consent to such disclosure, and to suppliers only for shipping purposes.

  • Bespoke Spirits uses technical and organisational security measures in line with the state of the art to protect your data being processed by us against tampering, loss, destruction and access by unauthorised persons.

  • Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
